Employers posting a job
We store what you submit in the form: the job details, employer name and website, and a contact email. The contact email is used only to reach you about the listing. It is never shown on the site or in the job’s structured data.
Job seekers
You don’t need an account to browse or apply. Applications go straight to the employer’s own site or email; we never see them.
View and apply counts
We count listing views and clicks on apply buttons so employers can see how a listing is doing. Counts are anonymous: we record the job, the time and the visitor’s country (from Cloudflare), with no cookies, no IP address and no personal data. Obvious bots are skipped.
Email job alerts
If you sign up, we store your email, the roles and country you picked, an optional city, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the time you agreed and the page you signed up on. We use it only to send the alerts you asked for and occasional Human Movement Careers updates. Alerts haven’t launched yet; when they do, we’ll email you once to confirm before sending anything else.
Every email will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing deletes your record. You can also ask us to delete it at contact@humanmovementcareers.com.
Spam protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the browser to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and measure page speed. It sets no cookies and doesn’t use local storage or fingerprinting; Cloudflare receives the page address, referrer, browser type and timing data. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Removal requests
To remove a job, your email or anything else, write to contact@humanmovementcareers.com from the address involved.
